Tammy is a certified Spiritual Director through the Anglican Diocese of New England (Holy Conversations).
Tammy has a BA in Education. She also has a background in social work. She has held employment in agencies in which she has counseled, mentored and taught young parents and older individuals coping skills in their day to day lives in both Vermont and New York State. She has led a variety of small groups over the course of many years and has been on Healing Prayer Teams through organized ministries in large and small conference settings. She presently serves in various ways at her home Church, St. Timothy’s Anglican Church in the Burlington area. She has actively pursued a lifestyle and practice of contemplative prayer and led a group in that for eight years. She has been pointing toward a vocation in Spiritual Direction her entire professional and personal adult life. To come along side others as they deepen their experience of Gods loving presence in their lives brings her joy.
Tammy loves traveling, and enjoys swimming, hiking, biking, kayaking, and both Nordic and backcountry skiing in the mountains of northern Vermont where she lives with her husband, Mark and their beloved golden retriever. She has two adult daughters, one in Los Angeles and the other in NYC. When not visiting with them she can be found reading or sharing meals and conversations with friends.
Tammy is available remotely and can meet with you using the technologies of Zoom or Face Time. She is also contactable by phone.
